As the leader of this new practice, Asha manages engagements, has direct client contact, drafts curriculums and conducts training modules. She is dedicated to continuous learning and is abreast of “cutting edge” Workforce Development tools.

 

Asha holds 20+ years of experience creating various training tools and curriculums for adult learners and is currently most passionate about addressing skills gaps in job-training.

 

Asha is currently an Adjunct Professor who is committed to adult education and workforce development.

 

As a previous hospitality professional and restauranter turned educator, Asha has developed a unique perspective on adult learning and training. Influenced by the current political landscape and racial disparities, she aspires to bring understanding to critical concepts that affect government policy and decision-making in this chapter of her career. Her successful background at mom n’ pop businesses, corporations, various higher learning institutions, and rural and urban living has provided her the opportunity to be present at countless decision-making tables with diverse stakeholders.

 

Asha Esterline earned a Marketing/International Business, BA from the University of Illinois- Chicago; Hospitality and Tourism, MS, from Roosevelt University, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership at Walden University, concentrating her research on workforce development.
