Dr. Tamara L. Vinson is a seasoned change management leader with over 17 years of
experience guiding complex organizational transformations across the supply chain,
manufacturing, consumer goods, and life sciences sectors. At Medellin and Associates, Dr.
Vinson leads the change management practice, which includes change and project
management methodologies, training strategies, and enablement. She has built a career around
enabling enterprise-wide change through strategic planning, stakeholder alignment,
communication design, and risk mitigation.
Tamara’s core strength lies in her ability to manage the full lifecycle of change—conducting
impact assessments, developing change strategies, crafting communication plans, facilitating
training, and driving adoption through tailored engagement. She has led change initiatives
across global ERP implementations (including SAP, Blue Yonder, Infor, and JDE). She has
helped organizations transition to new processes and technologies with minimal disruption and
maximum user readiness.

Dr. Vinson holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership in Change Management from
